Right to withdraw from the contract

RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (applies to consumers only)

In accordance with applicable law, the right to withdraw from the contract is granted exclusively to natural persons purchasing as consumers, i.e., for purposes not directly related to business or professional activity.

Do you want to return a product purchased as a consumer?

You can do so by sending us a statement of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order. The returned product must show no signs of use and must be returned in an unaltered state with original tags.

HOW TO CANCEL A PURCHASE:

Mark the returned products on the return form attached to the shipment or download the withdrawal form – available below.

Send the completed and signed form within 14 days of receiving the order:

  • by e-mail to: shop@ormire.com, or

  • by post to the return address:

    ul. Górska 73, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland

Pack the goods together with the form in an envelope or box and send it within 14 days of submitting the statement. Make sure the products are properly secured for transport.

 

 

Refunds

A refund will be issued within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. This period may be extended until we receive the returned product or confirmation of its shipment. The refund will be made using the same payment method selected during the order.

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) shipments or parcels sent at the recipient's expense.

Important information:

  • The returned product must show no signs of use and must include original tags.

  • The product must be returned within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal statement.

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the product and form or proof of shipment.

  • We do not accept COD shipments or shipments sent at the recipient’s expense.
