Can I order branding from just one piece?
Yes. DTF printing is available from one piece. The feasibility and cost of embroidery for small quantities depend on the artwork, its size and the product type.
Which logo files are best?
Vector AI, EPS or PDF files are best. We also accept high-quality PNG files with a transparent background. If the file needs preparation, we will let you know before production.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. We prepare a visual for approval and begin the branding once it has been accepted.
How do I choose the right branding method?
We match it to the product type, material, artwork, intensity of use and care requirements. You do not need to choose the technique yourself.
How long does production take?
Standard production takes 3 to 7 days, although the exact lead time depends on product availability, quantity, branding technique and artwork approval.
Can I order product samples?
Yes. Samples help you assess the material, colour, size and quality before placing a larger or repeat order.
Do you support agencies on a white-label basis?
Yes. We can apply the branding, assemble and pack the products, and ship the order to the agency or directly to its client.
Can you fulfil orders for multiple locations?
Yes. We can split the order and ship it to selected branches or recipients. The scope is agreed individually at the quotation stage.
