CLEAR AND PRACTICAL

From an idea to a finished product.

You can come to us with a finished design or simply a need. We will help you choose the product, branding method, application position, colours and delivery format.

We assess every order for durability, appearance and real-world use. An event T-shirt requires a different approach from workwear, a reception uniform or a towel that is used and washed every day.

ORMIRE AND OUR OFFER

What can we create for your brand?

What exactly does Ormire do?

We select, personalise and supply apparel, merchandise, uniforms, workwear, towels and textiles for businesses and professional spaces. We support you from the initial idea and product selection through branding design and samples to production, delivery and repeat orders.

Which businesses and industries do you work with?

We work with brands, marketing agencies, hotels, guesthouses, apartments, restaurants, spas, beauty salons, clinics, installers, manufacturing companies, technical businesses, offices, coworking spaces, start-ups, events and organisations. We tailor the solution to its intended use, budget and desired image.

Do you work only with hotels and spas?

No. Hospitality is one important area for Ormire, but our offer covers three main categories: apparel and merchandise, uniforms and workwear, and towels and textiles for professional spaces.

Can I order apparel, merchandise, uniforms and textiles from one supplier?

Yes. We can combine products for customers, employees and interiors into one cohesive system. The scope may include T-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, workwear, uniforms, towels, bathrobes, bed linen, welcome sets and personalised accessories.

Can I order products without branding?

Yes. You can order unbranded products or combine plain and personalised items within one project. We confirm availability and minimum quantities for the selected models.

PRODUCTS AND SELECTION

You do not need to know the catalogues or technologies.

Can you help us choose the right product?

Yes. We ask about the intended use, target audience, working conditions, washing frequency, expected durability, brand style, budget, quantity and deadline. Based on this information, we recommend suitable products and quality and price options.

Do you offer products at different price levels?

Yes. We can prepare economy, standard and premium solutions. Differences may include composition, fabric weight, fit, finishing quality, certifications, durability, available colours and production conditions.

Can I order samples before making a decision?

Yes. We can prepare an unbranded product sample, colour set, material swatch, embroidery or print sample, or a pre-production item. The sample type, cost and lead time depend on the product and technology.

Do the products have quality or environmental certifications?

Certifications depend on the specific product, material and manufacturer. Our range includes products certified to standards such as OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 and GOTS, as well as products made from organic cotton or recycled materials. We confirm available certifications in the specification of the selected product.

What are the minimum order quantities?

The minimum quantity may depend on the product, colour, size, branding method and production type. Different conditions apply to an available catalogue product and to a custom colour, label or made-to-order item. We confirm the exact minimum before preparing a quotation.

BRANDING AND TECHNOLOGIES

We match the method to the product, design and intended use.

What does apparel and textile branding mean?

Branding means applying a logo, text, graphic, monogram or another identity element to a product. Methods may include embroidery, DTF printing, transfer printing, screen printing, patches, woven labels or tags. Technology availability depends on the product and project.

What is the difference between DTF printing and embroidery?

DTF is a design transferred to the material with heat. It reproduces multiple colours, gradients and fine details well. Embroidery is made with thread, giving a more dimensional, premium appearance and high durability. DTF is often selected for T-shirts, sweatshirts and bags, while embroidery works well on uniforms, shirts, fleeces, jackets, caps, towels and bathrobes.

When should I choose DTF and when should I choose embroidery?

DTF works well for detailed, multicolour designs on smooth surfaces. We recommend embroidery when a professional appearance, durability and frequent use are priorities. The final choice also depends on the material, design size, branding position, quantity and budget.

Why do you not recommend DTF printing on towels?

Terry towels have a looped, uneven and absorbent surface, while DTF film requires a relatively smooth and stable base. On towel pile, the print may adhere poorly, reduce absorbency, feel stiff and become damaged more quickly during frequent washing. We therefore usually recommend embroidery for towels. DTF may be considered only on a suitable smooth border or dedicated panel after testing.

Can towels, bathrobes and workwear be embroidered?

Yes. Embroidery works well on towels, bathrobes, fleeces, shirts, jackets, caps, uniforms and many types of workwear. The design must be adapted to the thickness and structure of the material. Towels require suitable stabilisation so that small details do not disappear between the loops.

Is the branding resistant to washing?

Yes, provided that the technology is correctly selected and the product is cared for according to the instructions. Before production, we consider washing temperature, intensity of use and industry requirements. However, not every method is suitable for industrial laundering or very high temperatures.

Will I see the design before production begins?

Yes. Before production, we provide a visualisation or production specification showing the position, size and branding method. Production begins after approval. For projects requiring additional control, we can prepare a physical branding sample or pre-production item.

ARTWORK AND FILE PREPARATION

A good file speeds up the quotation and improves the result.

Which file formats are best for branding?

We prefer vector files in AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF format. Text should be converted to outlines. We can also work with high-quality PNG files with a transparent background or JPG files, but their suitability depends on the resolution, dimensions and type of artwork.

Is every PDF a vector file?

No. A PDF may contain vector artwork or an ordinary raster image. The file extension alone does not guarantee production quality. Before preparing a quotation or starting production, we check the file structure and let you know whether it requires additional work.

What if I do not have a vector file?

Send us the best material you have. We will check whether it can be used, improved or recreated in a production-ready format. If vectorisation, simplification or preparation from scratch is required, we will confirm the scope and any cost before beginning the work.

Does an embroidery file require special preparation?

Yes. The artwork must be converted into an embroidery programme defining elements such as stitch type, colour sequence, density and underlay. An AI, PDF or PNG artwork file is not yet a production-ready embroidery file. Preparation cost depends on the size and complexity of the design.

How should logo colours be specified?

Ideally, provide your brand guidelines or Pantone, CMYK or RGB values. For embroidery, we select the closest available thread colour; for printing, we adapt the settings to the technology and material. Screen colours may differ from the finished product, so we recommend a sample for projects requiring close colour matching.

What information should I provide to receive a quotation?

Specify the product type, quantity, sizes, colours, branding position and approximate dimensions, desired result, destination country and postcode, and required deadline. Attach the logo or artwork. If you do not know all the parameters, describe the intended use and budget, and we will help complete the brief.

QUOTATION, PRODUCTION AND LEAD TIMES

First the specification. Then controlled production.

What determines the order price?

The price depends on the product model, quantity, colours and sizes, branding method, size and number of application positions, number of embroidery or print colours, artwork preparation, packaging and delivery destination. Larger volumes may qualify for quantity-based pricing.

Will I receive a quotation before production begins?

Yes. Before production, we confirm the scope, products, branding, quantities, costs and estimated lead time. If artwork verification reveals that additional preparation or a different technology is required, we will inform you before production begins.

How long does an order take?

Standard production of available products usually takes 3–7 working days after artwork approval and fulfilment of the agreed payment terms. Large quantities, made-to-order products, complex branding or external supply may require more time. We confirm the exact lead time before production.

Can changes be made after the design has been approved?

Changes are possible until production begins. Once branding has started or products have been ordered, a change may be impossible or may involve additional costs and a revised deadline. Before approval, please carefully check the product, colour, size, quantity and artwork placement.

Can you prepare one item before the full production run?

For many projects, yes. A pre-production item makes it possible to assess the product and the size and position of the branding. It is not always required or available under the same conditions as volume production. We confirm availability, cost and lead time individually.

DELIVERY AND B2B COOPERATION

From a single project to a repeatable standard.

Do you fulfil international orders?

Yes. We serve customers throughout Europe and selected projects beyond Europe. Delivery cost and lead time depend on the country, postcode, number of parcels, weight and required transport method.

Can an order be delivered to several locations?

Yes. We can divide products and deliveries between branches, properties, events or other specified addresses. We require an advance quantity breakdown for each location, and logistics costs are quoted individually.

Do you work with marketing agencies?

Yes. We support agencies with product selection, samples, branding, quotations and project fulfilment for their clients. We can handle a single campaign or multiple brands and projects as part of an ongoing partnership.

Can I place repeat orders?

Yes. We can retain the agreed specification for products, colours, sizes, branding and application positions to simplify replenishment of towels, uniforms, workwear or merchandise. We confirm availability of the same model and colour with every repeat order.

What happens if a previously ordered product is discontinued?

We will check remaining availability or propose the closest possible replacement in terms of material, fit, colour, fabric weight and price. Before making a change, we will submit the alternative for approval and can also prepare a sample if the differences are significant.
